Physiotherapy
As in human medicine, physiotherapy is increasingly becoming standard in veterinary care for dogs. Our veterinarians and physiotherapy team work closely together to achieve the best results for your dog. Whether it’s supplementary physiotherapy advice during a consultation with one of our veterinarians, preoperative physiotherapy, postoperative rehabilitation, pain management for young and old patients, or care for sports dogs, we are here to support you and your dog in all these areas. Consultation
To optimally tailor the physiotherapy to your pet, you have the option to receive individual consultation either during an existing appointment or directly in the physiotherapy department. We will gladly explain how we can best support your pet with physiotherapy and work together to develop a personalized treatment plan.
Manual therapy
Manual therapy is the core of physiotherapy. With our hands, we can identify and treat functional disorders in the body. Only once these are resolved does the next step involve stabilizing the body, followed by the development or maintenance of muscle mass. Manual therapy includes classical massage as well as functional massages, fascial therapy, Dorn-Breuss massages, and osteopathic treatments such as myofascial therapy and structural osteopathy.
Matrix Rhythm Therapy
Matrix Rhythm Therapy is based on the vibrational behavior of skeletal muscles and their characteristic frequency and amplitude spectrum. The body’s own vibrations and those of the cells are stimulated or restored to a deep level. In a very short time, the metabolic processes of the affected body region normalize. Thus, Matrix Rhythm Therapy can be applied in various ways, whether for regulating tendons and ligaments, muscle regeneration, stimulating metabolic processes, lymphatic drainage, or treating edema and scars.

Movement therapy
In rehabilitation and sports dog areas, both passive and active movement therapy are essential components. These therapies optimize movement patterns and train body awareness to prepare for optimal muscle development. We are also happy to demonstrate exercises tailored to your dog that you can perform at home.
